Testing vscode2hive

Well that didn't go well .. I should not test code changes too early in the morning.

I'm adding a little footer that says "Broadcast from vscode2hive", to make it a little more visible which app was used to publish it.

Also added a confirmation to prevent some "oops" moments. Here is how that looks:

I want to keep using this tool to publish some personal blogs almost daily.
