One may think that the outgoing transactions are too low despite incoming transactions being proportionately high. Income is offset by community debt brought by covering for the liquidity issues with Hivephilippines during a time when a lot of delegations poured in while powering those rewards down was slow.

Another objective in raising funds was trying to add more to the community's coffers. In a time forgotten, the community had more than 500 HBD in staked and was given out to the community as prizes. Despite building those funds again, there were instances when donations had to be done for some members. We're not really making bank here.

Even if curation rewards increased, it's still value locked up for 13 weeks which makes it difficult to pay off debt and is still subject to market volatility. The primary focus for this community now is rebuilding those stack of funds again.
