Total Surrender

Good day friends of HIVE and wonderful members of this community. Hope you are all doing great. Am still here today again to share with us from
Philippians chapter three verse eight. From Easy to read version, the bible says,

"Yes, now that I know Christ Jesus as my Lord, that is the most valuable thing. Nothing else is important at all. I have thrown everything else away so that I can serve Christ. All those other things are like dirt to me. I think about them like that so that I can have Christ."

From the scripture above , Apostle talk about his deep love for God and his services.
People now boast of gaining the world, but losing the reality of Christ Jesus in their lives. Apostle Paul in his own time was different. He was a highly educated person, who had the rare privilege of being a member of the royal pharisee of his day. But was privilege to encounter Jesus and gained priceless knowledge of knowing JESUS. From today's bible reading I discovered that, it's a good thing to give your all to God.

What have you given up just for the sake of knowing JESUS?
Don't live in a competitive rivalry with the world to gain relevance, but your life is very shallow compared to the knowledge and reality of JESUS.

Unless you lose something, there is no how you can gain Christ Jesus. I also learned that, the emptiness which people feel and are arguing about spiritual things is because of the lack of the reality of Christ Jesus.
What can you truly say you have LOST for the sake of knowing JESUS?
