We originally planned for a Q4 2022 reward distribution round to begin, however from the looks of Splinterlands latest post @splinterlands/validator-node-license-rewards we could be looking at earning rewards as soon as next week! In the article above it states that they are going to drop the vouchers part of the rewards to license holders and this means that SCV token could start paying out rewards as soon as next week!
