I started it on a Windows 10 machine that I haven't used on any program before. First, I opened Powershell, run it with admin, and installed WSL or Windows Subsystem for Linux.

After installing WSL, I run wsl --update to check if it successfully installed on my computer

I restarted my PC and went to the bios setup utility to enable virtualization.

After that, I installed Docker.

Then I installed GIT

Navigated on the directory and run git clone https://github.com/spknetwork/video-encoder.git

And run docker-compose up.

Then stop the docker container

Edited the config file using sublime text

Then run it again from the docker.
