Feed the Upgrade ~ Starve the Lower Vibes

A Solstice is always a time of upgrading and re-booting our internal and external systems. Sometimes literally, often energetically, we begin to weave new realities for ourselves with intention.

How to begin? Start with a thought. EVerything begins with an idea of feeling or mind. What if? What is possible? What if a new way of relating with others of like vibration is possible? What if part of the upgrade in havingness (no, it's not a bad thing) could be that ... you fill in the blank. This isn't so much about wanting, it is about requirements.

What do you require in your life to lift your spirits, to raise your vibration? The higher the vibration the clearer the mind, the more power we have to accomplish anything. It's worth it.

Then, after you fill in the blanks, or better yet, let your intuition and spirit fill them... choose to feed the upgrades and starve the other stuff. Take your attention out of what isn't working and put it into what is possible and probably will work... knowing that what works is always a work in progress and you are growing.

I'll simplify it further. Feed the new platforms in your life (like this one) and take your attention off of the other addictive stuff out there that is basically toxic and makes you feel terrible if you're honest with yourself about it.

If you have addictive tendencies, put them to good use! Feed your upgrades! Obsess on them! Get totally addicted to raising your vibration! Only good things will happen because of this shift.

Happy full moon! {I recommend some howling}
