It's A Wrap! : Class Room Observation 2025

Being a public school teacher holds a lot of responsibilities. Preparing everyday classroom discussions, creating daily lesson plans, managing a classroom, making sure every classroom you go in is arranged and in order. These are just some of the few important things that we need to comply day by day.

Just recently, our Senior High School Guidance Designate and Master Teacher 1 went into my classroom to observe me while I was doing my class discussion.

I chose to be observed on my classroom with my class advisory, I chose to discuss the subject Entrepreneurship and I discussed about the 4Ms Of Production.

I love that my class advisory is always very cooperative with my discussion, they raise their hands when they want to answer my question and they have always been like that regardless if there is an observer or not.

I finished my one hour class and right after that, my observer gave some feedback to me which is indeed very useful for my career growth.

I love it when I am being mentored by my superiors, I truly learn a lot from them which will help me become a better educator.
