Greetings Friends

It felt like the right time to attempt to draw something a little bit more positive and powerful. There will be a lot more misery on paper, I do not doubt that, but not today. while this isn't exactly happy art (what is that even?) it was a nice break from the things I have been doing lately, some of which I have not showed on here yet.

The rough sketch, I had to mess with this one a lot before it looked okay, just the mess I made of the face was enough to make me almost give up on it, but I have decided to challenge myself and actually finish things I start.

It took a bit of effort and I am still not completely happy with her face, but eventually I managed to get it to look passable at least.

The black and white sketch was pretty okay but I think the addition of the splashes makes all the difference. This will definitely be a thing I do more often.
