Preparation for The Anniversary Trip

In our busy life we need to escape for awhile to reset and restart the routines we have, to look what is more to life beyond than what we faced everyday. And to appreciate life in a wider scope of our understanding.

February 8, was our Anniversary date as girlfriend and boyfriend relationship. And every year we celebrated depending from our budget and mood.

This year we decided to have a travel anniversary to Roxas City a three hours trip from our place.

I'm always in charge of the booking of our room. But this time I failed to book because the bed and breakfast we planned to stay was fully booked.

So my husband began looking online for the room we wanted to stay. There he found a room and we immediately processed the booking.

And it needed a bank account to book so we gave the information needed and they immediately took the right amount of the room rates intended for it.

It was last week February 7, 2025 we started our trip to Roxas City. But unfortunately it rained even the day before our trip.

Our plan was to drop by to City Mall for our brunch breakfast and lunch. And I ate Imperial chicken from Chowking

And it seems the rain was pouring.
From City Mall we hired a taxi going to Ceres Terminal. Its our second time to travel together but it's our first time to travel together in a bus and a bit far to travel about 3 hours.

But I'm a little disappointed because Mr. Sun didn't show up to cheer us up.

In the time being of our travel the rain poured non stop. The photos shown above.

And after a long hours of travel we arrived to our Airbnb that we booked.

Our room that we booked is clean and comfortable to stay. The name of the Airbnb is Casa Mina.

I took a lot of selfies from the mirror and my husband took a selfie of me with the bed.

While in the place we stayed I felt relieved all my worries faded, and the rain stop when we arrived a little sunshine came. But before I forget while in the bus I whispered from my heart to bring me sunshine and will not spoiled the trip we have. And it seems the wind listens and granted my little request and being happy for it.
