Parler site online, but cannot register

Parler site is online for some time now, but it seems it is still not possible to register. I tried both on my mobile using parler app downloaded from their site as well as on their website in various browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Brave, Vivaldi) and it all ends here. You cannot go past captcha. It just displays a new captcha on and on as if you made a mistake. Is it an error or are they not accepting new accounts now? Seems like a lot of people had the same issue. Haven't found any information that anybody actually managed to register a new account on parler since it was blocked.
