Expectation vs Reality 😂

Place - ChileKotha (Take a way resturant in 1st floor)
Platter was for 2 Price was 499 (vat exclusive) 611 with sprite😊
We went there at 3😊 1st we went to their resturant there's no seat then after 10 min we got a seat and when I said we want the offer of that pic they said it's on another resturant that's their fast food resturant so we went to the 1st floor again we waited 15 to 20 min but there's no seat there is a lot of mismanagement😡
We ordered the platter trust me it took more than 30 min to serve after that they serve us Thai soup that was like a cold drinks lol "thandaaa" we complaint and they changed it after 15 to 20 min after serving that it was the same soup😡

Later they serve noodles it was like rastar 20 taka r noodles r moto😤
For pizza you can choose chicken or beef we didn't even asked for what type of pizza we want and they serve beef pizza😠
I've seen the most unhygienic place the same plate for everyone using tissue papers to clean that😡
So much dissatisfied and disappointed😠
