Honey Badger Conclave DAO Curation and Node Project (not finalized but initial thoughts and ideas)

This account will be the curator account for the Honey Badger Conclave DAO and will curate content related to digital asset protocols, emerging trends in the industry, Splinterlands and related games as well as other content that we feel is worth our vote. The curator will also vote good content creators that delegate HP, BEE, ONEUP, SPT and other tribe tokens. We will be implementing a sps delegation where delegators receive a portion of the SPS rewards earned by the guild as well as card give always will be done randomly. All give always will be based on a system that gives points to the type of delegation made as some delegations are worth more than others and will be drawn monthly as of now and there will be a weekly update detailing everyone's chances on winning the pool of prizes from cards to possibly a portion of the guilds income. There will be a burn mechanism detailed as well where some of the rewards received will be burned in order to decrease the token inflation of many of the tribe tokens as well as burn all sps to send those rewards out in dec instead to help the ecosystem. Any hive will be converted to hbd and a portion will be delegated to the DHF as well to support the hive ecosystem.

More detail will be posted when the ratios and other aspects are finalized and then the giveaways will begin. Everyone participating will be informed in detail of what was burned and what went to purchasing the cards that are given away as well as other relevant statistics. A small portion will be retained by the DAO for the treasury as well as additions to the various liquidity pools for the tokens that are curated for.

The DAO will also be running its own witness node where 95% of the net profit after costs are distributed to voters and delegators to the giveaway. Voters get 80% of the 95%, 15% goes to purchasing assets for the giveaway and 5% will go to delegations to projects that we support.

We will also be using some of the income to host tournaments in Splinterlands that will spill over into Moon Karts with winners of the tournaments monthly competing in a race to take home half of the rewards for the tournaments as the rewards will be 50% for the tournament winners and 50% to the winner of the race as well as you will be able to wager your Kart if the other party is willing. Any bets taken will be distributed in the same way as other funds above to a separate curator that will benefit the node and create a liquidity pool that holds sps/dec as well as hive/hbd plus HBD in savings as well as staked sps, glx, colony in order to add additional income for node voters who stake the NFT that will be created in order to distribute the rewards for this pool. The NFTs will be minted in different tranches for the first 75% of rewards to give early delegators a bigger share for taking a risk. Also there will be a time lock bonus for locking the delegation up for over a year which will be 20% of the income and the last 5% will be split between the DAO (hbcd) and 2.5% will be burned. Also random airdrops of various tribe tokens may be given out at our discretion.

We will not benefit very much off of the income as this is more to help the community and gain and keep support for are witness node. Also we want to make a node that will pay its supporters and grow that payment over time and to my knowledge no one has done that but I have not checked but all I know is I do not see any profits from the nodes I vote for and after expenses of running the node some of the profits I think should reward the nodes supporters.

There will be a detailed white paper that explains exactly how this all will be done as right now I am writing this based on what the thoughts are in my head and they are not as detailed lol. This project will be owned by the Honey Badger Conclave DAO and its main purpose is to support the community though various gaming events, token burns, delegations to projects that also make the community better as well as allow people to profit from there witness votes if the node has a positive cash flow. Again some things may have been omitted or need to be changed these are initial thoughts not finalized.
