Junagarh-Fort-79
This is one of the few significant forts in Rajasthan that is not located on a hilltop, and it was constructed during the time of Raja Rai Singh, the sixth monarch of Bikaner, who reigned from 1571 to 1611 AD. The building was finished in 1594. Despite several efforts, the fort was never captured, except for a one-day occupancy by Kamran Mirza, the second son of Mughal Emperor Babur. The Rathors beat the Mughals in the fight. The fort, which spans 5.28 hectares, has a variety of palaces, temples, and pavilions in a variety of architectural styles.
