Focus Keyword in Subheading
We have previously wrote about focus keyword and how focus keyword may be used in title of the post.
Then we also discussed including your focus keyword in meta description of the post.
Now, next is using focus keyword in subheading like H2, H3 and other tags. They are important for many reasons and google plays attention to it.
Including keywords in your headings brings relevancy and also helps achieve site links in the results. Site-links are short links that display below your search result and allow you to access a particular article section right away.
Site-links help build authority in the eyes of your visitors and also help achieve a higher click through rate which are essentials for the growth of your website.
Properly insert your focused keyword in your subheadings, as SERP (search engine results page) tools always check them before ranking any webpage.
The subheadings should always have the main keyword so that the person knows what he or she is reading about.
