Self love ❤️

In 2022 setting the wrong goals and making the wrong decisions will have some physical effects on you. So we need to set our goals carefully and make the right decisions with understanding.

Self love is the highest type of love anyone can receive. The fact that you don’t have to always put other peoples needs and wants above your own, makes you accept your reality and not deny you of your reality.

When we can’t say no to people we allow their agenda to control our lives, because everything we do, we do for them.

Saying no to things does not tag you rude or being greedy, it’s just shows that you won’t or you can’t allow other people to work all over you and that also you care about your mental health.

2021 as a whole thought me a lot and 2022 I have decided to always put myself first.

In 2021 I did not care about myself, I was always putting other peoples feelings first rather than mine, I was always stressed because I wanted to please most people around me and it really did not end well for me. I would always be in a hurry to meet up with clients on time which would result to me not eating breakfast and getting to meet the client I will find out that she is not yet ready. Also I always try to please my customers by reducing the price of my human hair so that they can afford it and patronize me, which would end up with me having very little or no gain with a lot of stress included. I did not show much self love because it was the first year for my business so I was trying my best to please my customers but I have decided that 2022 will be different and it will be better.

2022 I have decided to always put my mental health first, and keep my head up to achieving my set goals for 2022 which is; owning a beauty salon. There is no goal that is not attainable so I have decided to put in my all in 2022 to achieve my goal.

And also I have subscribed to only things that will make me happy 🤣🤣

This year I have chosen to achieve my goal, drink a lot of water, show self love and mind my business.🙂

I will also engage in more fun things than 2021.
