Is it REALLY about the climate?

SO . . . do you want a way to tell if the Paris Climate Accord is really about the climate, if these countries really thought it was about protecting the environment or would make that much difference towards protecting it or combating ill effects?

Here's how you'll know: If the remaining 190+ countries that have all agreed to it and think it's SO important move to renegotiate their own terms to compensate for the USA not being in it now, then you'll know they really did join it for their stated purposes.
