My Cat
My cat isn't just any cat,
He is the king on my bed.
When there is no food, he is sad,
Always wanting to be fed.
Meowing and meowing until I get mad,
But not loving him would be too bad.
His purrs are like music, soothing and sweet,
A companion so loyal, a love so complete.
In his eyes, a world of tales untold,
and definitely he is more precious to me than gold.
