Footbags from a different world: Jax
After a great weekend, Needlework Monday is here again and if you ever played ball and jax as a kid, these footbags combine the jax and ball into one! Each bag is composed of six protruding discs or cylinders forming a three-dimensional cross.
The Jax performs well freestyle or as a kicking bag. Back when I started footbag in '83, it was about kicking the bag. Stalling the bag was just one of the challenges but today most freestyle is primarily stalling the bag between tricks. The sport has evolved enormously, but these bags work well for early or late kicking styles. Here's @geke holding the longer, cylinder-style Jax.
Thanks for reading! All bags above are original designs
and sewn exclusively by Hane Dane Craft.
