ইতিপূর্বে আমি উপস্থাপন করেছি আমাদের ফামের্সী সিস্টেম নিয়ে। হাফিজ ভাইয়ের প্রতিক্রিয়ায় আমি প্রথম পর্বে পিছনের অবস্থান এবং দায়ী কারা তা ব্যাখ্যা করার চেষ্টা করেছি। আজ দ্বিতীয় পর্বে আমি এ বিষয়ে আরো কিছু তথ্য উপস্থাপন করেছি, যেটাকে আমি আরো বেশী গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মনে করি এই অবস্থা তৈরী জন্য।

আসলে আমাদের দেশে কাজগ কলমে সকল নিয়ম নীতি লিপিবদ্ধ আছে কিন্তু এগুলোর সঠিক বাস্তবায়নে যথেষ্ট তদারকির অভাব রয়েছে। যার কারনে নীতি থাকা সত্বেও এগুলো মানার ব্যাপারে কারো আগ্রহ নেই। সুতরাং এই অবস্থা তৈরীর পিছনের তদারকির অভাব মূখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করেছে। চলুন ভিডিওটি দেখি, তাহলে অনেক কিছু সহজেই বুঝে আসবে।

In fact, all the rules and regulations are written in our country, but there is a lack of adequate supervision in their proper implementation. Due to which, despite having policies, no one is interested in following them. So the lack of supervision behind creating this situation has played a major role.
