আমি প্রতিদিন সকালে কিছুটা সময় হাঁটার চেষ্টা করি, বিশেষ করে শীতকালে। কারন শীতকালে এটা আমাদের শরীরের জন্য বেশী উপকারী।

Today I tried to share with you one more real life experience while walking on the empty streets of the city in the morning. Although
I try to walk some time every morning, especially in the winter. Because in winter it is more beneficial for our body.

যাইহোক আমার আজকের অভিজ্ঞতাটি হলো কাষ্টমার সার্ভিস নিয়ে। আমরা ছোট বেলা হতেই শুনে আসছি যে, একটি কোম্পানী কিংবা প্রোডাক্টকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার ক্ষেত্রে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে যেসকল বিষয়, তাদের মধ্যে অন্যতম হলো কাষ্টমারদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক। কারন কোম্পানী কিংবা পন্যটি শুধুমাত্র একদিন কিংবা এক বছরের টার্গেট করে তৈরী করা হয় না, তাই দীর্ঘ মেয়াদী পরিকল্পনার সাথে এবং দীর্ঘস্থায়ী কাষ্টমার সম্পর্ক তৈরীর ক্ষেত্রে সবাই মনোযোগি থাকে।

However, my experience today is with customer service. We've all heard from a young age that one of the most important factors in establishing a company or product is a good relationship with the customer. Because the company or product is not only targeted for one day or one year, everyone is focused on long-term planning and building a long-term customer relationship.

আজকের ভিডিওটিতে আমি আমার সম্প্রতি মোবাইল ফোন নিয়ে কাষ্টমার সার্ভিসের অভিজ্ঞতাটি ভাগ করে নিয়েছি। এটা ছিলো আমার জীবনের ভিন্ন রকম এক অভিজ্ঞতা। তবে অভিজ্ঞতাটি খুবই ভালো শুধু আমার জন্য না, বরং কোম্পানীর জন্যও।

In today's video I shared my recent customer service experience with my mobile phone. It was a different experience in my life. But the experience is very good not only for me, but also for the company.
