Tinseltown Time Machine
A view of the Hollywood Hills from McCadden Place somewhere south of Yucca Street. Note that both the HOLLYWOODLAND sign and its lesser-known "dot" are both clearly visible.
Also note the lack of space between some of the most expensive houses in Hollywood, even in 1928. During the next fifty or so years what little space is left in this photo will disappear entirely.
