Thank God for... Fatigue!

Lol, now, HERE'S a situation in Splinterlands I've just encountered for the FIRST time... Fatigue. I'm wondering who fatigues first and why.

I was concerned when I saw what was happening that our fighters would be in an endless LOOP... at least I'd have time to go and make a hot beverage. 🍵🍵

QUESTION THOUGH: Are there any determining factors as to which cards Fatigue first??
