HIVE needs development Not Marketing & Rest will Follow - Request to Support - Return Proposal if you Have NOT - Its our responsibility to save guard DHF. I normally make one post a day but when I stumbled upon the post of Hive account@blanchy regarding Valueplan The Numbers and saw the details, I felt disheartened. So, I decided to share my thoughts around it. First my sincere thanks to Hive account@blanchy for sharing in depth details and I know how much time consuming it can become to gather all details. So hats off to you man in doing the analysis and sharing it with all of us here @HIVE community. If DHF is being used for the growth of the HIVE blockchain and users can see the positive impact, then I believe no one will question the funds being allocated to a proposal. However, when the funds fail to deliver the expected value, it raises concerns about their effectiveness and are we ensuring proper utilization of the funds is being made. The daily funding of 10K HBD from DHF to Value Plan Q1 2025 Proposal #335 is a significant amount, and it is essential to quantify and justify the overall value it brings to HIVE in terms of ecosystem growth, community engagement, and long-term sustainability. If funds are merely being distributed without user engagement or no activity aimed at growing their accounts, then it all becomes an unsustainable cycle with no real value being added to the ecosystem. Its just like users creates account, take the funds in their wallet and then cash out. What did HIVE get in return? No real value.

India Digital
Digital promotions in India with the help of Hive account@finfarm and other media points is designed to bring Hive to the Indian tech community. This is a relatively new initiative which was launched in the second half of last year and is still seeing active development.

After reading all post of Hive account@blanchy and getting some idea, I thought let me check how funds have been used in India for digital promotion. Glancing account of Hive account@finfarm [Youtuber with 11K Subscribers and is just giving out giveaways to users who are not even doing any activity here on the HIVE chain] and Hive account@blackheart1 has no activity as well he is busy transferring the funds to different accounts. If we are hosting seminars, conferences, distributing merchandise then why we are not seeing that kind of an activity on your blog and users engagement. Frankly speaking and to be very honest, I didn't see any value they have generated in terms of funds they are taking from Hive account@valueplan . Normally, when you check an account, it's easy to determine whether they are actively contributing value or merely leeching the system. To be honest, I didn’t get any positive vibes here either.

I will urge to HIVE community overall to please vote for the - Support Decentralized Hive Fund: Return Proposal as this sets a very high benchmark for funds to be approved. Every single vote counts, and DHF is our Hive community fund, so let's ensure it is utilized in the best possible way.
