FreeWriting Series - Brutal Life LESSONS Nobody Teaches YOU...

Lets get back to our FreeWriting Series post where I try to give my views on topics that I pick from my X feed. Todays post is some what interesting as we would be exploring the Life Lessons that nobody teaches us. Ok here is the image that I cam across while browsing my X feed and it clearly lists down the pointers on the important life lessons. ust take a glance to get an overall understanding. If I were to summarize it, I would say that all these points remind us to grow, stay grounded, prioritize self-respect, and embrace continuous learning in life.

I will not be going into all the pointers in details but will pick some of them randomly and express my thoughts around it. Lets start with the first point which is around - NOBODY CARES. Do you agree with this point or not? To be honest if we get this point right most of our problems in life would be solved right away. Just thinking about what people will think, say, or feel makes it harder to stay true to ourselves and our choices. And this leads to confusion and chaos in our daily LIFEs. Answer to all this is NOBODY CARES and keeping moving forwards without having to worry about other people opinions and thoughts. Simply just ignore them, its that simple. The next point that I would like to pick and talk about is - "START MEDIATING" It has answers to all ONEs problems. I know Mediating is not a simple task it require a lot of patience, practice and perseverance and what not. AND simply put, if you start Mediation with just a few minutes each day, it can help calm your mind, improve focus, and bring clarity to your thoughts. Over time, it becomes a powerful tool for inner peace and self-discovery. Just give it a try I would say. Moving on and the last point that I would like to discuss is around - "You QUIT, YOU LOSE, YOU FAIL" A simple line but speaks a thousand words. Do you agree with me here on the above statement? Quitting is not getting you anywhere but if you flip the side to keep trying or pushing hard then it can be a game changer. As an example the renowned scientist Sir Thomas Edison failed thousands of times before inventing the light bulb. Each failure taught him something new and brought him closer to success. Quitting was not getting us any where rather keep trying and who knows you should be able to turn setbacks into stepping stones toward your goal. Just give it a thought once. Ok enough of preaching on this topic and before I end I would like to list some of my other Top 6 pointers which are::

• Believe in yourself
• Start READING Books
• Don't make assumptions
• Luck works if hard work RUNs
• Take time to know who you are
• You don't need to impress everyone
