Organizing My Freezer With Bountiful Harvest

My garden was a bust this year and only gave me some garlic and blackberries/raspberries. This project got away from me but next year I’m planning for a huge harvest and a huge garden to progress me towards being self-sufficient.

I ended up getting a farm share this year and my friends around me have been amazing with providing me with extra produce from their gardens. In fact I have so much I needed to figure out a better way to store it all and the freezer was one of those quick fixes I could do.
