Totally Submitted

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Submission to God brings fulfillment and freedom from worries. It's amazing the peace of mind we enjoy when we cast all our cares upon Christ in absolute submission to His will. We are expected to fully let Christ be in charge and watch Him work it out after we have done our part. Life cease to be a struggle when we learn to submit all to Christ Jesus. He's ever willing to help when we refuse to help ourselves. He's willing to be in charge when we cease to be in charge. Are you in submission to God in all areas of your life?

The devil can't manipulate one who has submitted to Christ. This is because the devil only manipulate people by using their minds and things they worry about. To this end, submission to God is a direct resistance to the ideas from the wicked which finds opportunity into the heart through worries and anxieties. Brethren, when the devil is not entertained, he flees by default. A life submitted to Christ is a terror to the kingdom of darkness. Be that terror to the enemy today.
