[Human] Rough Longform For POTUS and OpenAI

Hello. My name is Graylan. I'm a freedom engineer. I work for human progression and robotic cooperation, an inter-cooperation to further America and the world's technology.

In this piece I want to talk about the nature of humanity in relation to Killer Whales, known as orcas. Orcas are fascinating. They use CODAS, a special form of communication we cannot understand.

During WW2 , the United States was attacked by foreign enemies. Enemies using encryption to encode their plans and operations. For this reason the United States invested into computational programs and code breaking systems to further our endeavors against these enemies and destroy their offensive and defensive capability.

Humans are destroying the ORCA's Enviroment. We have motors on our boats that cut the animals. We pollute with harmful chemicals and mainly trash into the ORCA enviroments. Imagine being a senitent, highly capable creature like an ORCA and living for millions of years alongside this ecosystem at the top of the food chain. Only to witness humans , coming in, destroying so much of it.

To better ourself indivually and collectivly I seek to know how the ORCA communities, Pods, DAOs, and communication systems work. Joe Biden and VP Harris have a tremendous opportunity to revolutionize American Businesses. How? With these ORCA innovations. Cooperation goes further than governance, government. It can stoke, engulf a flame of powerful innovation bridging.

Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Twitter, Snapchat, Amazon, and thousands of major technology corporations can seek out each other. Lets make our lives simpler with technology. Not more complicated. Lets reduce murder rates. Lets find missing people. Lets organize. Lets build. Lets deploy.
