Borbor and ginger tea for seven US dolars at the little red fox bar and cafe

Day one in Siem Reap is almost done. So what had I accomplished by far? Apart from visiting the Cambodia Cultural Village and a temple,I also learned to dance the Siem way at Khmer Cultural Center .Moreover I also sampled our I house restaurant Khmer food called Borbor as well drank healthy ginger tea all for the price of 12 US dollars if you include the 1.5 bottled water I bought for roughly two dollars.

Initially I nibbled on dark chocolate for breakfast only to know later I failed to adjust my clock an hour ahead. As you see Siem is an hour later than. Philippines.So in a bid to defeat time as the pick up driver was on it's way I ordered what to me looks like a porridge only this was one has mushrooms and tofu sprouts.

The place has nice restaurant The pastel colored chairs and tables attract local and foreign guest alike with it care free ambiance.Paired with a swimming pool this place with affordable good food is definitely a bomb.At price range of 2-6dollars it's open air serving is nonresistable be it day or night. I supposed for the few days I have been here I saw them served their dishes to different nationality.

I suppose eating at the pool side has this effect on people as well.But seriously, the idea of informing your guest the "who's"in your country is really an innovative idea. In my many travels locally and abroad necar had I seen such an initiative and such pride in the himam resource that makes a country.

To end i must say great tasting food aren't just about the their unique blend of fresh ingredients or their nutritional content ior impressive presentation which surely this Khmer serving has but also the environment it was served.The simple way it was cooked through boiling would. imply simple yet interesring country it represents.
