So..... base on her name (Rhea), she's kinda of a big deal. So I made her somewhat mature, elegant, sexy, and scary all in one. Also I made her wear a racing outfit coz I happened to play a lot of Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 in the arcade and listening to it's OST by the legendary Yuzo Koshiro (some of his famous tracks are from the Streets of Rage series). Basically, not a good song to drive too LOL. Also, if you're familliar of my works, she's a daughter of a certain someone...
