This is a vey delicious chicken light curry

Today's recipe is all about Chicken Curry.Chicken is a common recipe which is favorite to most of people.There are many varieties recipe of chicken.But today's recipe is simple but tasty.

CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients:

1. Chicken 1 kg
2. Potato 3 medium size piece
3. Garlic paste
4. Ginger paste
5. Turmeric powder
6. Salt
7. Hot spicy
8. Soyabin oil
9. Hot chilis powder
   

Recipe:

First point is to wash the meat very well.Now very important task is to drain out the water from the meat.If water remains in the meat then the meat taste will be less.Add salt turmeric powder oil garlic and ginger paste with meat for marinating.Keep the marinated chicken for 30 minutes.

Now fry the potato properly.Put the marinated meat in the hot oily pan.Boil the meat in the hot oil for at least 30 minutes.Then add some hot water in the meat.Keep a cover on the pan and keep it 30 minutes for cooking it.

Now the tasteful chicken curry is ready.Let's taste it.
