2nd mass shooting in successive days

What is happening? What the hell is actually happening in my country?

Second mass shooting in two days!

8 people dead, youngest of which was mere 15 years old. 15 years of life, forcibly taken away. 11 at least wounded.

The saddest part of them all? The man responsible for the killings is a kid. 21 years of age. The reason for the killing is absurd - he was watching the basketball game between Partizan and Real Madrid in the Euroleague yesterday evening with a couple of friends last night. They had an argument, after which he went home, took an authomatic rifle (AK-47) with him and started shooting randomly in 3 villages. The manhunt after him took 600 police officers who finally aprehended him at 8.00 this morning, after more than 8 hours of hiding. The perpetrator was the son of an ex-military man, with free access to huge amounts of weaponry and fire power.

Things are getting out of control... God... How did we as society allow things to come to this? How has absolutely NOBODY seen the red flags?
