关于新产生的steem的分配方式和比例的说明

上述帖子的说法似乎有点不符合steem官方QA的说明，
====上述帖子里的说法是：====
90%分配给股东们：按照SP的比例，分配给SP持有人；
剩余的10%进入贡献奖励池，分成三份，大致分配如下：
（1）发帖/评论/回复等创作者奖励75%；
（2）给这些帖子投票的人，奖励15%；
（3）那些辛苦记录网上发生的这一切并打包成区块的“证人们”奖励10%

=====但是官方QA里面是这样说：======
How are the new tokens distributed?

Out of the new tokens that are generated:

75% go to the reward pool, which is split between authors and curators.
15% of the new tokens are awarded to holders of Steem Power.
The remaining 10% pays for the witnesses to power the blockchain.

也就是说新产生的steem的100%中，75%进入了奖励池，并在作者和点赞者之间分配；15%作为利息奖励给了SP持有者；10%给了矿工。

两种说法是不一样的吧。
