Hyogo Prefectural Arimafuji Park

Hello Friends,

Today, I'm excited to share my experience at Hyogo Prefectural Arimafuji Park, one of the best parks I've ever visited. Additionally, I want to compete in the weekly drone competition.

The journey to the park took us an hour, with the terrain being quite easy until the last 100 metres, where it became very steep, necessitating a walk uphill. We locked up our bikes and headed straight to the mountain track, which, despite appearances, is quite steep. I would not recommend attempting this on a rainy day. The trail was still muddy from the rain the day before, making the hike challenging.

I brought along the DJI Mini 4 Pro drone and the Canon Kiss X8i to capture aerial footage and some stunning views. The further you get from a town or city in Japan, the more farmland you encounter. All the drone shots were taken from the mountain, giving me plenty of range. Unexpectedly, we even spotted the first power station in Japan, a surprising find in such a small area.

What makes the park so special? There were very few people, even on the weekend we visited. The park features a pond with birds and freshwater turtles, serene views, and stunning natural surroundings. Amazingly, entry was free, unlike parks in New Zealand, which would certainly charge a fee.

I highly recommend this park to anyone visiting Japan. It's truly a place to enjoy nature and take beautiful photos.
