Namaste
There's a new yoga studio in town and it's right across from the university where I'm working and studying. I was so excited to hear about it. I've been leveling up my yoga practice by including it in my morning routine. Doing yoga through online videos is just different as compared to being in a studio and having a live teacher with you.
I attended a class at the studio with my friends from college. Having other people practice with you pushes you to do more and exert more effort but also makes you feel okay with where you are with your body because you see that not all yoga students are that flexible or strong. We're all on our different and parallel journeys to becoming stronger and more mindful of our bodies.
The studio has a 10-class package worth P1000 (around USD19) and that's cheap compared to the other studios in Metro Cebu. I might consider taking it.
What about you? Do you practice yoga? Are you considering it? Go ahead and book that nearest studio class.
