Battles on pause

Without any dragons getting cheered on...and because I'm really busy with homestay students the dragon battles are currently on pause. However, that doesn't mean that things aren't still happening. Mostly it is just rearranging how things on the accounts work and streamlining things for when I have more time to get it all up and running.

To Keep Things Straights

Now there are a lot of accounts that will be making up the Great Little Dragons and I'm writing this to keep things straight for myself but if you want to follow along here it is 😁

Keeping the GLD token liquid

@merchantsguild has a bot attached to it which is working to make sure that there is liquidity on hive-engine. The bot is very simple. It sells any LEO tokens it gets (from delegated HP) and uses the swap.hive to place buy orders as just under 100 GLD : 1 HBD. Sure the coin may not be moving but there are buy and sell orders being place at just over and just under that peg to keep the GLD token liquid. Then again, there is also the liquidity pool which should give a close to 100 : 1 value for the GLD token.

Delegation Dragons

I still have a lot of curation dragons to add. Ecency, Arcange, Hive Pakistan, Hive Brazil and many others I want to delegate to. I can only make accounts so quickly though so it will take time.

I DO like the idea of having individual accounts for delegations as it makes tracking returns much much easier. But here is the reason for the changes:

• changing to 100 HP delegations because it makes tracking and calculating returns much easier
• removing Actifit from delegation because its returns are just substandard
• changing PAK-X delegation to a posting account so there is a chance of curation rewards :)

Generally I want to compare apples to apples. PAK-X is awesome (thanks @dlmmqb) but its hard to compare it to others which are simpler. The delegate and get HIVE weekly are simple. The delegate and get a tribe token are a little more work. The delegate, get a tribe token and use a command like !PAK to call a bot (or eyes from curators) to see about additional upvote is a huge added benefit but it also doesn't fall nicely into the "Let's compare categories"

Side note: It looks like the benchmark for curation rewards is roughly 8%

Curation Dragons

@hiveabbyftp is doing exactly what it is supposed to. Following 3 curation trails and its own fan base. No changes in how it is going to work. However, the other curation dragons?

@emberlash following Hive Learners, @gromphus following Great Little Dragons, @fitatic following Actifit and @codbane following OCDB just showed that there weren't enough posts to keep the voting where I wanted it. Rather than take substandard rewards from too few votes I set all of the dragons to upvote the best from the four different communities. Results?

Voting mana seems to hover near 79% and the return seems to be about 12%

Charity Dragon

@crystalwing is still funded and will continue to get funding. However as I don't have time to get a proper faucet going, this dragon is going to sit idle and build up a war chest until I have more time to get the code ready.

Roles for the rest of the crew

@hive-192111 : The account for the Great Little Dragons community.

It will start holding different tokens or income in order to produce revenue to fund weekly payouts. Watch the wallet and as its grows so will payouts in this community.

@gldragon ... aka me. Will still be the spokesperson in this community. Any rewards gotten here will be shuffled over to the @hive-192111. Any upvotes on my posts will mean more rewards for your activity here.

@cro.gld ... will be bringing in currency from the crypto.com space

@surge.gld ... will be holding the !SURGE token for HBD income weekly.

@terganftp ... also me. Will be writing on @actifit, @hive-learners and possibly elsewhere. All income from that account will be shuttled to @terganmarket

@terganmarket .. The goal of this account is to post how to live on a shoestring budget using only income generated from HIVE

@tergan604 .. Make money playing Splinterlands

@tergan : The one designated to hold HBD to back the GLD currency. Monthly income here will be used to fund @hive-192111 with some being shuffled off chain to purchase real world investments.

@newstyle.gld .. Will be showing how to find money to invest by changing up daily expenses.

But as for which does what and when? Still working on that.

More accounts to come. More accounts to clean up. Hopefully in the end it will all make a lot more sense :)
