HEART AND SOUL!
One of the best way of letting off steam, I find is to paint!
When you let yourself paint freely, letting your emotions spill out, releasing clutter and unwanted energy.
Which then turns into something positive and visual, for others to relate to that emotion portrayed.
This particular painting as you can probably tell was after a relationship break up.
This is a much more positive way of getting rid of bad rubbish.
