Peace Begins and Ends with You

For some, today's "quote to live by" may be a hard one to stomach. They might say "surely when I'm in an argument or someone has done me wrong I'd be able to be at peace if only they would change".

Well, it's true that might help. But sometimes, even when the other person backs down or changes their stance, we still hold a grudge and are not able to let it go. So it can't be dependant upon another.

No matter what is going on outside of us we can only be at peace when we choose to be and that could be in the midst of an argument or disagreement. Peace is an inside job.

No matter what you encounter today may you be filled with peace.
