Clear Mind, Clear Space, Clear Heart

Today's "quote to live by" was partly inspired by @negativer's (tongue in cheek/reality based) article Steemit, Community, and the Power of Guilt.

After reading it, and once I'd stopped feeling guilty 😁 I got to thinking what a pointless emotion guilt is and how like any other judgemental thinking it is better left far behind.

It is a useless emotion that takes energy and gives nothing in return.

The same with worry.

Worry is always about an imagined future that may or may not, occur. Ruminating over it does nothing except steal your life as it is, right now.

Just as material stuff can clutter up our physical space, these heavy thoughts only serve to hold us back.

How about giving yourself a break and letting go of everything that weighs you down?

May you take yourself lightly today and fly free.
