You browse the internet and find a page called YouNow. Its a streamingportal but the streams on this site are just kids with old men in the chat who want their instagram name or people who need mental care.
Just one example:
A fat guy just sits infront of his cam and flames his viewers and wears sunglases in an already dark room.
