Training steemians is our pleasure, it's our roll and responsibility, for people to know more about steemit, one must do it with joy 😂, there is no way you can teach some body to be rich when you poor it's like teaching one how to get much steem when on average your steem on posts is 2 steem.
Meaning one must use enjoy to attract or train steemians otherwise you will just discourage them.

But joy and power to convert and train steemians is directly proportional to votes on posts.

The more the steem on each post, the more meetups, just because meetups are funded by steem we get from posts.
