Why I Avoid Meme Coin And Focus On Hive Instead

Okay before I start I'd like to make it know that I am new to the crypto world so it's not an experts point of view and I'm open to tips if anybody is so kind to give some.
so to the point of the discussion, why I avoid meme coin even though they have flashy names, wild communities and huge pumps. I decided to not chase the next 100x and build on hive because of these reasons:

1. The meme coin trap:
   I once bought a meme coin just because it trended on Twitter. I doubled my money in 1 day, then lost 70% the next week.
   meme Coin are Easy to get drawn in by hype and celebrity promotions,no real utility (many don’t do anything useful) and most people lose money in pump-and-dump cycles, especially unlucky beginners like me.

2. Hive feels more secure:
   I earn Hive tokens for contributing, not just for buying in.
   it's safe as I have less to loose as Hive is transparent and decentralized.

3. I’m Investing in Utility, Not Hype:
   Hive supports platforms like Ecency, Liketu, InLeo. Every token I earn is backed by actual activity. It feels more like building value, not gambling.

1. I’m Learning, Not Just Betting:
   With Hive, I’m learning about, Blockchain, Content creation, Communities. These are skills I can monetize even outside crypto.

Conclusion:
I’m not against meme coins, some people win big. But for me, Hive is where I feel more in control and more empowered. I’d rather grow slowly with purpose than gamble with hype. No offense, just my personal take. so whats your own take in this, hive or meme coin? and your reason.
