Ubuntu Touch OS 16.04 Nexus 5 r317

Here I will test out Ubuntu Touch OS 16.04 Devel on the Nexus 5. The biggest thing now working is the Open Store, GPS is getting closer to working 100% of the time, and recording still needs some work.
