Nail time

The last few weeks i do my nails every week, because:

  1. i like to see them with different colors mostly, and
  2. i want to check them every week if there is any broken nail because in 2 weeks my cousin will be marry and i am invited, so i want them long enough to have many options of nail art.

Products that i used:

  • primer
  • bace coat/top coat
  • neon green gel polish
  • specific glue for foils, and
  • silver holo foil

The first thing that i did, was to remove the previous colour on my nails. I used some cotton with aceton which is specific for semi-permanent gel polishes (it also works on the simple nail polishes) and i used that plastic thing to secure the aceton because it evaporates with oxygen.

I left the aceton for 15 minutes on each nail.

Then i buffed the surface with the file to get rid any of the previous colour that it might be left.

Then i put the primer on the nails and i waited until is completely dry to continue with the base coat, the colour, the glue, the foil and for in the end, the top coat.

And this is the final result.

I wanted to do this nail art on 2 nails of each hand, but i noticed that this gel polish hasn't a lot of pigmentation in it. Which it means that at the 3rd coat i am able to see my nail underneath and i didn't like it. It's an easy and quick nail art so i chose to make them all but not with the same pattern. I hope you like it!
