How Steem Monsters Group Pack Breaks Will Work

Group breaks are the easiest way to go for the gold without spending a mint.

Group break are not live yet so please do not send any payments.

What is a group pack break?

A group pack break is where you buy a spot for a card from a pack and since each pack has 5 cards there are 5 spots per pack.

Buy? Why do I have to pay when giveaways are free.

Because this isn't a giveaway. When you enter a giveaway you are taking a chance that you MIGHT get a card but with a pack break you are GUARANTEED a card.

Just want to add that not all Steem Monsters group breaks will guarantee you will receive anything. I will be running some other breaks that will have different rules.

How are the cards picked?

The breaks will be held live on Youtube, days and times tbd. This is subject to change.

A pack is opened to reveal the 5 cards. Those 5 cards are then entered into a randomizer and randomized 2-7 times then the 5 people that bought spots are entered into the randomizer and randomized 2-7 times. The 1st card goes to the 1st spot, 2nd card goes to the 2nd spot until all cards are gone.

If there are 2 packs in a break the above is the same just with 10 cards and 10 spots.

How much is a spot?

A spot is approx 50 cents and will very with the price of Steem. As of today a spot would be .5 SBD.

How do I get a spot?

Each spot is .5 SBD. The max spots in a 1 pack break a person can have is 2. To enter all you have to do is send .5 SBD to @georgeknowsall with memo group break.
