Been eating clean also. Doing Keto strong for 5 weeks now for most part. Down 19 pounds. I got chunky last year so dropping that weight off. Been a little tough being outta my crib for construction but hanging out with these pups 🐶 at my sisters crib isn’t all bad. Cheers friends 🙌
