en mi familia se toma muchísimo café a cualquier hora y en cualquier ocasión. Aquí en casa Mi esposo lo hace en la mañana cuando se levanta, a veces al mediodía y luego en la tarde como para merendar. Yo no soy de tomar mucho café pero si me gusta acompañarlo con una rica merienda mientras él lo disfruta.

In my family, we drink a lot of coffee at all times and on any occasion. Here at home, my husband makes it in the morning when he gets up, sometimes at noon, and then in the afternoon as a snack. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I do like to accompany it with a delicious snack while he enjoys it.

Por eso me gusta tener siempre algo rico para merendar y el día de hoy les muestro el paso a paso de unas deliciosas galletas con chispas de chocolate.

That's why I always like to have something delicious for a snack, and today I'm showing you the step-by-step instructions for making some delicious chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredientes

100 gramos de mantequilla 150 gramos de azúcar 2 huevos 300 gramos de harina de trigo leudante Vainilla y chispas de chocolate al gusto

Paso I

Iniciamos agarrando un bol en este caso de plástico ustedes utilizar el de su preferencia y colocamos la mantequilla con el azúcar y batir hasta que quede todo integrado. Si tienen una batidora lo lograran súper rápido, yo lo hice con un batidor .

We start by grabbing a bowl, in this case a plastic one (use the one of your choice), and add the butter and sugar, beating until everything is combined. If you have a mixer, this will be super quick; I did it with a whisk.

Paso II Incorporar el huevo la vainilla y batir, luego incorporar poco a poco la harina y las chispas de chocolate, Hasta lograr una nada homogénea no tan pegostosa

Add the egg and vanilla and beat, then gradually add the flour and chocolate chips, until you get a homogeneous mixture that is not too sticky.

Paso III

con las manos limpias y con ayuda de una cuchara vamos a formar bolitas y la colocaremos en un separador .

With clean hands and a spoon, we will form balls and place them in a separator.

Cuando estén todas listas van al freezer hasta que estén bien congeladas, esto evitará que se derramen en el horno y se unan todas.

When they are all ready, they go into the freezer until they are completely frozen. This will prevent them from spilling in the oven and causing them all to stick together.

Paso VI

Cuando estén bien duras, poner en una bandeja para horno ya lista ( con grasa y harina para que no se peguen )

When they are hard, place them on a baking tray already prepared (with grease and flour so they don't stick)

Y llevar al horno precalentado 180 grados por doce minutos

And put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for twelve minutes.

Y así de deliciosas y crujientes quedaron mis galletas. Listas para la hora del café ☕
