Gelatinas especiales para la gente HIVE de Anaco / Special jellies for the HIVE people of Anaco

  Hola feliz y bendecido inicio de semana para toda la gente linda de HIVE ¿A quien le gustaría disfrutar de una de estas bellas y deliciosa gelatinas para celebrar el aniversario de HIVE? Estoy segura que a muchos amantes de los postres y que aman su vez a HIVE les encantaría disfrutar de una de estas, pero como Gelart no puede estar en todos lados y para hacer la cosa más sencilla les dejo por acá la parte 1 de lo que fue la elaboración de estas gelatinas.

  Hello, happy and blessed beginning of the week to all the beautiful people of HIVE. Who would like to enjoy one of these beautiful and delicious gelatins to celebrate HIVE's anniversary? I am sure that many dessert lovers who love HIVE would love to enjoy one of these, but as Gelart can't be everywhere and to make things easier I leave here part 1 of what went into the making of these jellies.

  Hace poco asistí a mi primer encuentro con gente de HIVE y aproveché la ocasión para compartir mi arte con las gelatinas y hoy acá les traigo un pequeño video de como hice estas bellas gelatinas para ese día tan especial.

  En esta primera parte quise hacer un video con lo que fue el proceso de armar estás gelatinas, quería hacer un video completo de receta y gelatinas pero luego pensé que iba a verse complicado así que decidí hacerlo por partes, en el próximo post les dejo las recetas, aunque se que muchos amantes de este postre seguro tienen sus recetas y lo que más le llama la atención son los procesos y pasos a pasos.

  I recently attended my first meeting with people from HIVE and I took the opportunity to share my art with gelatins and today I bring you a little video of how I made these beautiful gelatins for that special day.

  In this first part I wanted to make a video with the process of making these jellies, I wanted to make a complete video of the recipe and jellies but then I thought it would be complicated so I decided to do it in parts, in the next post I will leave the recipes, although I know that many lovers of this dessert surely have their recipes and what most attracts your attention are the processes and steps by steps.

  Para hacer estás gelatinas yo utilicé un molde de silicón en forma de cubos, pero si no tienen este molde no es impedimento para hacerlas, pueden usar cualquier molde, preferiblemente cuadrado o rectangular, yo antes de tener este molde usaba el de la foto de arriba y luego que la gelatina cuajada y estaba bien durita la picaba en cuadritos.

  To make these jellies I used a silicone mold in the form of cubes, but if you do not have this mold is not an impediment to make them, you can use any mold, preferably square or rectangular, before I had this mold I used the one in the photo above and after the gelatin curdled and was very hard I chopped it into squares.

  Yo utilicé transferencias de gelatinas, las recorte y coloque encima de cada cuadrito de gelatina una vez estuvieron listos, como dato curioso de este proceso de las transferencias, cuando implica logos o textos debe imprimirse en modo espejo(al revés) para que al transferir la imagen quede al derecho.

  I used gelatin transfers, I cut them out and placed them on top of each gelatin square once they were ready, as a curious fact of this process of transfers, when it involves logos or texts it must be printed in mirror mode (upside down) so that when transferring the image is right side up.

  Datos importantes:

• La transferencia se debe pegar sobre la gelatina bien fría, no debe estar blandita porque el papel se puede quedar pegado y dañar el proceso.

• Se deben dejar pegadas las transferencias por varios minutos, yo no tengo un tiempo específico, yo levanto un poquito para revisar y si veo tiene buen color retiro el papel.

• Cuando se están armando las cosas de gelatina se debe esperar que cada capa esté semi cuajada para agregar una siguiente capa, esto garantizará que no se despegue una capa de la otra al momento de desmoldar.

  Important data:

• The transfer should be pasted on the gelatin well cold, it should not be soft because the paper can get stuck and damage the process.

• The transfers should be left stuck for several minutes, I do not have a specific time, I lift a little to check and if I see it has a good color I remove the paper.

• When you are assembling the jelly things you should wait until each layer is half set before adding the next layer, this will guarantee that one layer will not peel off the other when unmolding.
