Si te alejas del caos, este no te tocará, Mantente distante de los problemas ajenos, esto se refiere a establecer límites emocionales claros, si alguien trae sus problemas hasta a ti, escucha lo que dice, pero no trates de asumir la responsabilidad de solucionar conflictos que no son de tu incumbencia; Así no te desgastaras emocionalmente, evitarás el estrés y la ansiedad que causa cargar con los problemas de otros
