So I managed to mess up my Actifit post. Again
Quarter to midnight I was ready with my August 17th Actifit post. A little bit over 20.000 steps. I wrote something like: "Yesterday 16.000 steps seemed so easy to get so today I went for a long walk. I was just about to go back home but when I looked how many steps I had, it was only about 10.000. So I continued and eventually got over 20.000. But the steps didn't come easy! So what was different to yesterdays walk? A proper camera. I had left my Canon home because I thought I would quickly go and walk few steps. So what did I learn? Never ever again go for a walk without a proper camera. A smartphone just isn't enough."
I tried to post that thing for 15 minutes but I only got an error message. Not possible. Smart phone says no. Actifit says no. I started the app couple of times and wrote the text again but nothing helped, clock stroke 0:00 and my steps were gone.
I was "a bit" frustrated.
Went to bed.
After trying to get some sleep for an hour I realized.
IT WOULD BE A GOOD THING TO REMEMBER TO SWITCH THE WIFI OR MOBILE CONNECTION ON IF I WANT TO POST SOMETHING TO STEEMIT FROM MY PHONE!
I'm an idiot.
I don't have my internet connection on all the time on my phone 'cause I've heard it saves the battery. (Plus I'm paranoid so I don't want anyone spying on me.) But of course I forgot that. Wasn't the first time.
So here's some photo's of me from 2015 playing with a Fitball. Did I mention in my introduction post that I'm a Fitball instructor too? That's also one of my favorite classes. :) It's a wonderful way to make things a bit harder. To include balancing to some of the ordinary moves you usually do, and that way find new muscles you didn't know you had.
