July 6 2022 - I'm back!

I found a Fitbit charge 3 from sale and I just had to buy it. I'm so excited of all the data, heart rate is of course the first thing that Fitbit zip didn't have and now I'm constantly looking at it. Just tracked my first night of sleep and it did confirm the fact what I also felt, I had a good night of sleep.

The first day I didn't get that many steps because I bought the Fitbit after seven in the evening and although I was about 10km away from home, I was there with my new bike.

Oh! I have a new bike! And I love it! Didn't go cycling yesterday though because it was raining on and off the whole day so I only walked to lunch and back and didn't get that many steps.

But yeah, as I said, I have a new Fitbit, a new bike and I'm back.
